This is our worry free Total care package. We provide our standard consultancy services using the 4 R’s of Emergency Management to your business, then we will independently arrange all the required training and readiness activities from our list of quality training and equipment providers, while ensuring the best possible value for money for your organisation.
DRC’s Total care package includes the installation of our workplace specific A0 size Disaster Readiness Hub board. It is designed as a pleasant user-friendly display of important information for your people to use in the event of an emergency.
Our Disaster Response guide flipchart is personalised to your businesses with the latest fit-for-purpose emergency procedures. It is a durable easy to follow guide that exceeds HSWA requirements and is designed to be easily uplifted and taken with you in an emergency.
DRC will also create or upgrade your evacuation procedure so it not only meets fire evacuation requirements but it can also be used in other emergencies. We work with Fire and Emergency New Zealand to have your evacuation procedure approved and then we will place it onto your Disaster Readiness Hub and other required locations.
HSWA requires that your workplace conducts an emergency drill annually. DRC’s total care package takes care of the facilitation of this too, and we will work with you every year to ensure that there are positive outcomes and learnings from these informal drills.
Finally included in our Total care package is the peace of mind that DRC will report on your behalf, any relevant emergency training or events your business carried out to the relevant authorities, and we will securely keep a full history of that information on our database for future reference.
